Spearheaded development of ANNA, an AI-powered travel assistant chatbot. Engineered a high-performance live-agent connector in .NET/C# enabling seamless real-time handoffs between AI bots and human support agents. Built frontend interfaces with React and Node.js, integrated Copilot Studio and Power Automate flows, and deployed on Azure.
Worked on AI-powered digital transformation for the world's largest cruise company. Designed automation workflows in Power Automate, built Copilot Studio bots, integrated Azure AI services, and delivered Python-based data pipelines. Also managed Excel/SharePoint data infrastructure for operational efficiency.
Flight Booking Portal for Bajaj Finance employees. Built a .NET/C# Console App to synchronize employee booking statuses with the HMA team. Developed full-stack features for the booking portal with React frontend and .NET backend, plus SharePoint (SPFx) integrations and SQL-based reporting on Azure DevOps pipelines.
